DECLARES FORCE MAJEURE AS COMPANY HAS IDENTIFIED ANOMALIES ON LINE 1102 DOWNSTREAM OF ITS PLAINS COMPRESSOR STATION BETWEEN MAINLINE VALVES 16 AND 14, LOCATED IN LAMB COUNTY, TEXAS
SAYS REPAIRS WILL REQUIRE A PRESSURE RESTRICTION, ISOLATION, AND A CORRESPONDING REDUCTION IN OPERATIONAL CAPACITY
SAYS ACCORDINGLY, THE OPERATIONAL CAPACITY THROUGH THE PLAINS N CONSTRAINT WILL BE REDUCED BY 112,500 DEKATHERMS PER DAY (DTH/D), EFFECTIVE CYCLE 1, JULY 23, 2026
