** Cinema operators' shares soar, far outpacing gains on
national equity indexes
    ** Pfizer's  PFE.N  initial data said its experimental
vaccine, developed with BioNTech  BNTX.O , was more than 90%
effective in preventing COVID-19 
    ** Cineworld  CINE.L  up nearly 50% in market value in
London, while AMC Entertainment  AMC.N  gains 70.7% to $4.25 
premarket in New York
    ** UK stocks benchmark trades up 5.4%, while e-mini futures
 ESc1  on the S&P500  .SPX  gain 4.1%
    ** UK says expects to receive 10 mln doses of
Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine this year, if approved by regulator
