Country Garden issues shares worth $34.4 mln to repay debt

Aug 30 (Reuters) - Country Garden Holdings  2007.HK  on
Wednesday agreed to issue 350.6 million shares to Ever Credit, a
unit of Kingboard Holdings Ltd  0148.HK , for HK$270 million
($34.41 million), in order to repay a part of its debt owed to
the creditor.
