BLOCK LISTING SIX MONTHLY RETURN, INCLUDING AMENDMENT OF MAY 2015 RETURN

This announcement includes the block listing six monthly return to 4 May 2018, and an amendment to the block listing return released 6 May 2015.
Kingfisher plc announces that, as a result of a clerical error, the block listing six monthly return released for the period 5 November 2014 to 5 May 2015, relating to the ShareSave Scheme, incorrectly notified the balance of shares not yet issued/allotted at end of the period as 738,851 shares. The correct closing balance at 6 May 2015 was 783,851 shares, a difference of 45,000 shares. As a result, the opening and closing balances for the subsequent returns were incorrect. The error is now amended by a correction in this return.
