BLOCK LISTING RETURN

 

Kingfisher plc (the "Company") is announcing details of ordinary shares of 15
5/7p each ("Shares") that have been block listed under the previous block
listing regime under UK Listing Rule 20.6 and that remain unallotted pursuant
to the Company's ShareSave Scheme.

 

Any further allotments of Shares pursuant to the Company's ShareSave Scheme
will be announced in accordance with the Company's obligations under the
Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market sourcebook.
