Completion of Share Repurchase Programme 
Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") confirms that the programme announced on 20 September 2017 to purchase Kingfisher shares for cancellation has now completed. 
Goldman Sachs International, who undertook the programme on Kingfisher's behalf, purchased 13,002,776 shares for a total consideration of 40m (out of a maximum amount allocated to the programme of 60m). 
As a result, Kingfisher has now returned 440m out of the 600m capital return programme announced at the Capital Markets Day in January 2016.
