Completion of Share Repurchase Programme
Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") confirms that the programme announced on 21 March 2018 to purchase Kingfisher shares for cancellation has now completed.
Goldman Sachs International, who undertook the programme on Kingfisher's behalf, purchased 13,530,641 shares for a total consideration of £40m.  
As a result, Kingfisher has now returned £500m out of the £600m capital return programme announced at the Capital Markets Day in January 2016.
