Completion of Share Repurchase Programme
Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") confirms that the programme announced on 24 May 2018 to purchase Kingfisher shares for cancellation has now completed.
Barclays Capital Securities Limited who undertook the programme on Kingfisher's behalf, purchased 16,546,878 shares for a total consideration of £50m.  
As a result, Kingfisher has now returned £550m out of the £600m capital return programme announced at the Capital Markets Day in January 2016.
