Kingfisher plc announces that it received notification on Friday, 26 February 2016, from Clare Chapman, a non-executive director, that she has been appointed as an Independent Director of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. with effect from 23 February 2016.
Kingfisher congratulates Clare on her new appointment.
