Director Declaration

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), Kingfisher plc (the 'Company')
announces that Andrew Cosslett, Chair of the Board, has been appointed as an
independent Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate of ITV plc with effect
from 1 June 2022 and will become Non-Executive Chair with effect from 29
September 2022.

Andrew will remain Chair of the Board to Kingfisher plc and continue to meet
his time commitments to the Company.
