24 May 2022 - In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), Kingfisher plc (the
'Company') announces that Rakhi Goss-Custard, a non-executive director of the
Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director and chair of the
remuneration committee of Trainline plc with effect from 30 June 2022. On
appointment, Rakhi will also be a member of the nomination and audit &
risk committees.
