7 March 2024 - In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), Kingfisher plc (the
'Company') announces that Jeff Carr, a non-executive director of the Company,
has been appointed as a non-executive director of Tate and Lyle plc with
effect from 1 April 2024. On appointment, Jeff will also be a member of the
audit and nomination committees.
