Notification of Transactions by Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR)
The Company was notified on 12 August 2014 that the Chairman, Daniel Bernard, acquired a beneficial interest in 1,635 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 each in the Company through the reinvestment of the Company's special dividend payment into additional shares. The shares were acquired on 1 August 2014 at 312.538 pence per share.
