Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
On 19 September 2014, the Company was notified that Karen Witts, Group Finance Director, (a PDMR) exercised awards over 82,101 ordinary Shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan ('PSP'). Ms Witts sold sufficient Shares to meet tax liabilities arising on exercise. This transaction occurred on 18 September 2014 at a price of 315.20 pence per Share.
The table below sets out the number of Shares exercised by Ms Witts, the number of Shares subsequently sold, and the total interest in Kingfisher plc shares following this transaction.
