Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
On 26 September 2014, the Company was notified that Kevin O'Byrne, CEO B&Q UK & Ireland, (a PDMR) exercised awards over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP'). 
A total of 350,000 Shares were sold at a price of 318.022p per Share. 
Following this transaction Mr O'Byrne holds 141,431 shares in the company and vested awards over 1,067,108 Shares.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
