Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
On 30 September 2014, the Company was notified that Alain Souillard, CEO Brico Depot Brands International, (a PDMR) exercised awards over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP') and Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme (the "KISS").
A total of 81,258 Shares were sold at a price of 324.15p per Share.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
