KINGFISHER PLC (the 'Company')
Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
On 28 October 2014, the Company was notified that Kevin O'Byrne, CEO B&Q UK & Ireland (a PDMR), exercised awards over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme (the 'KISS') and the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP'). 
Mr O'Byrne exercised awards over 747,163 shares granted under the PSP and 331,267 share granted under the KISS.
A total of 783,163 Shares were sold at a price of 294.72 pence per Share. The proceeds from the sale of 511,584 of these were sold to meet the liabilities and costs arising on the exercise.
The balance of 295,267 shares were retained bringing Mr O'Byrne's holding in the Company to 436,698 shares.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
