The Company was notified on 26 November 2014 that the Chairman, Daniel Bernard, acquired a beneficial interest in 1,294 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 each in the Company through the reinvestment of the Company's dividend payment into additional shares. The shares were acquired on 21 November 2014 at 300.06 pence per share.
