The Company was notified on 16 December 2014 by Capita IRG Trustees (Nominees) Limited that on 15 December 2014 Karen Witts, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 46 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 each in the Company at the price of 324.30 pence per share pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.
