Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
On 6 January 2015, the Company was notified that Kevin O'Byrne, CEO B&Q UK & Ireland (a PDMR), sold 26,000 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares'). The Shares were sold on 5 January 2015 at a price of 337.13 pence per share.
Following the sale of the Shares, Mr O'Byrne's holding in the Company is now 410,698 shares.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
