Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
On 1 April 2015, the Company was notified that Kevin O'Byrne, CEO B&Q UK & Ireland (a PDMR), transferred 66,000 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') to his wife, Elaine O'Byrne, who subsequently sold the Shares. 
The Shares were sold on 1 April 2015 at a price of 373.13 pence per share.
These transactions took place in London. 
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
