The Company was notified on 15 September 2015 by Capita IRG Trustees (Nominees) Limited that on 15 September 2015 Karen Witts, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 43 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company at the price of 349.60 pence per share pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.
