The Company was notified on 17 November 2015 by Capita IRG Trustees (Nominees) Limited that:
 on 13 November 2015 Karen Witts, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 9 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company at the price of 346.16 pence per share pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan
 on 16 November 2015 Karen Witts, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 44 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company at the price of 339.9137 pence per share pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan
