The Company was notified on 16 December 2015 by Capita IRG Trustees (Nominees) Limited that on 15 December 2015 Karen Witts, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 47 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company at the price of 323.25 pence per share pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.
