On 31 March 2016 the Company was notified that Steve Willett, Chief Digital & IT Officer (a PDMR), exercised awards over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme ('KISS') and sold all the Shares.
