On 26 May 2016, the Company was notified that Vronique Laury, Chief Executive Officer, (a 'PDMR') exercised nil cost awards over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme (the 'KISS') and the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP').
