Notification of Transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
On 27 June 2016, the Company was notified that Rakhi Goss-Custard (a Non-Executive Director) acquired an interest, through her spouse Daniel Goss-Custard, in 6,124 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares'). The transaction took place in London on 27 June 2016 and the Shares were acquired for a price of 334.7 pence per Share.
