Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transactions made by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs') 
1) Steve Willett, Chief Transformation Officer
Steve Willett was granted options to acquire ordinary shares in the Company under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan. These awards were made in accordance with the Directors' Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at our 2016 Annual General Meeting.
2) Arja Taaveniku, Chief Offer & Supply Chain Officer
Arja Taaveniku exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Plan (the 'KISP).
Arja exercised 44,087 nil-cost options and sold 20,794 shares to cover the tax liabilities arising on exercise. 23,293 shares were retained following the above transactions. 
The notifications for each PDMR below, which were made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provide further detail of the notifiable transactions.
