Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transaction undertaken by Sebastien Krysiak, CEO Poland (a PDMR).
Sebastien exercised an option over 47,816 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan. All shares were retained.
