28 April 2022: Kingfisher plc today announces the following share transaction
in respect of Pascal Gil, CEO Castorama Poland (a PDMR) which occurred on 25
April 2022.

 

Pascal's conditional share award of 34,379 shares in the Company, granted
under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan
(French Sub-Plan) (KASTIP) vested and all shares were retained.

 

The PDMR notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of
the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provides further detail of the award granted
to the PDMR.
