Responsibility ('PDMRs')

 

1 June 2022: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following
share transaction made by Graham Bell, CEO B&Q UK and Ireland (a PDMR)
which occurred on 30 May 2022. The Company received notification of the above
dealings on 30 May 2022.

 

Graham exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company
granted under the Kingfisher ShareSave Plan. Graham exercised his option over
4,368 shares. No shares were retained.
