Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
('PDMRs')

 

31 January 2023: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following
share transaction made by Henri Solère, Chief Offer and Sourcing Officer (a
PDMR), which occurred on 30 January 2023.

Henri exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the
Company granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Plan. Henri exercised a
total of 10,362 options and sold 4,899 shares to cover the tax liability
arising on the exercise of these options. The remaining 5,463 shares were
retained.

 

The PDMR notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the
UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the notifiable
transaction.
