23 January 2024: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following
share transaction made by John Mewett, CEO Screwfix (a PDMR), which occurred
on 22 January 2024.

John exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the
Company granted under the Kingfisher ShareSave Plan. John exercised a total of
7,281 options. All 7,281 shares were retained.
