CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTOR LEAVING DATE
 
 
On 11 October 2018, Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Karen Witts, from the Board.  The Company now confirms that Karen Witts will leave the Company on 21 March 2019.
