Kingfisher plc close period share repurchase programme
Kingfisher plc announces that it has commenced an irrevocable, non-discretionary programme to purchase shares on its own behalf, for cancellation, during the period which commences on 13 May 2015 and ends on 8 June 2015. 
Any acquisitions will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with both Kingfisher plc's general authority to repurchase shares and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules. The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished price sensitive information.
These arrangements form part of the Company's capital return programme announced on 31 March 2015 and in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 12 June 2014.
