Kingfisher plc close period share repurchase programme
Kingfisher plc announces that it has commenced an irrevocable, non-discretionary programme to purchase shares on its own behalf, for cancellation, during the period which commences on 1 February 2016 and ends on 23 March 2016. 
Any acquisitions will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with both Kingfisher plc's general authority to repurchase shares and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules. The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished price sensitive information.
These arrangements form part of the Company's capital return programme announced on 25 January 2016 and in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 9 June 2015.
