 Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Kingfisher plc ("the Company") notifies the market that as of 1 August 2014:
i)
the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,368,433,775 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p each admitted to trading, and each with one vote;
ii)
no shares have been bought back and held in treasury by the Company; and
iii)
the total number of shares in issue in the Company with voting rights is therefore 2,368,433,775 which figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
