Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 10 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 231,460 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 338.30 pence per such ordinary share.
