Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 11 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 227,811 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 339.05 pence per such ordinary share.
