Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 19 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 226,499 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 345.94 pence per such ordinary share.
