Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 20 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 233,311 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 341.54 pence per such ordinary share.
