Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 23 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 228,482 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 342.50 pence per such ordinary share.
