Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 24 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 237,480 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 340.68 pence per such ordinary share.
