Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 27 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 23,649 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 361.94 pence per such ordinary share.
