Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 10 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 234,785 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 354.30 pence per such ordinary share.
