Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 13 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 233,265 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 354.59 pence per such ordinary share.
