Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 17 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 225,916 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 366.53 pence per such ordinary share.
