Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 19 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 223,213 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 372.10 pence per such ordinary share.
