Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 20 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 224,815 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 369.79 pence per such ordinary share.
