Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 24 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 225,936 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch.The price paid was 367.97 pence per such ordinary share.
